Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping rates:

    • Free Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).

    • Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $12.50 on orders under $150.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
